SAP MM Consultant Full Time

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Change to Engineering (computing/industrial/electronic/mechatronic) or university plus 6 years business/technical experience.
2. Experience in Consumer Goods sector, Personal Product Industry, diverse industries.
3. SAP MM consultant with strong understanding of IM and how MM links to WM module/ Manufacturing Certification preferred (S/4).
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct/influence large complex cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with senior level managers and stakeholders.
5. Ability to effectively work and develop the role in medium/large cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with all level managers and stakeholders, including clients.
6. Accountable for designing, developing, and implementing corporate wide data management strategy and associated tactics.
7. Serves as the SAP technical expert supporting Material and Manufacturing teams/solutions ensuring best practices and methodologies to ensure client understands what works better for business requirements.
8. Strong analytical skills, enabling to quickly understand the drivers of a business process (purchasing, supply chain, production, inventory, etc.).
9. Capabilities to get consensus, make decisions, and assume them.
10. Very strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development.
11. Should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast-paced environment.
12. Working experience in large corporate environment (manage contact with many cultures, time zones).
13. Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging data structure tools and technologies for possible application to the business.
14. Experienced with SAP MM/IM implementation including process analysis, configuration, specification for developments, testing, documentation, training organization & delivery, end-user support.
15. Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
16. Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and resource plans.
17. Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications.
18. Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamwork-based tendencies.
