Need SAP ERP Transformation Test LeadLocation: Lisle, IL (3 days a week)ContractClient: NavistarThe ERP Transformation Test Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of ERP systems by leading testing efforts, managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among project stakeholders. As a test manager in a large-scale ERP transformation and implementation project, you will be responsible for defining scope, delivering, and executing ERP testing.Testing Expertise:Mandatory Greenfield implementation experienceProficiency in leading testing of SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.Experience in generating test data in previous projectsProvide quality assurance and testing leadership across all phases of SAP S4 implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP Implementation projects. Proficiency in test management tools such as Tricentis SAP LIVE COMPARE. Familiarity with various types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP Migration.Key Responsibilities:Conduct design workshops, requirements review sessions, and design reviews with business analysts, system architects, and application engineers.Oversee testing activities throughout the project life cycle from initiation to delivery and closure.Develop a comprehensive test strategy aligned with the ERP transformation goals and objectives.Establish and maintain testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor and control testing activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to facilitate smooth testing processes.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and provide status updates.Ensure the quality and integrity of the ERP system by identifying defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.Technical Experience:Mandatory Greenfield implementation experience12 plus years of experience in SAP Testing15 plus years of experience in testingProficiency in SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.In-depth understanding of SAP testing tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Workbench, SAP CBTA, SAP TAO, etc.Certification in Tricentis Tosca, Qtest, and experience in Live Compare is a MUST.Experience with SAP integration technologies, interfaces, and data migration processes.Knowledge of SAP BASIS administration and SAP security concepts is advantageous.SAP Certification: Possession of relevant SAP certifications depending on the specific module(s) involved in the ERP transformation project.Job Type: ContractBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Relocate:Chicago, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
