We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and detail oriented individual who has strong communication skills to join our customer service team as a Customer Care Specialist in San Antonio, TX. The representative will provide technical advice/support to customers on all products within their portfolio and will also handle incoming orders and requests for information via telephone or email. This position will interact with internal departments and outside vendors and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of products. Responsibilities: Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding the use of products.
Assists in training new customers and new employees. Interacts with sales representatives and distributors to relay customer concerns and suggestions. Promotes and demonstrates safe work practices and behaviors. Maintains records related to quality assurance, inventory control, and safety.
