Customer Service responsibilities include:
– Ensure timely and accurate order entry
– Complete customer quotes
– Handle phones, emails, chat, B2B, and or written correspondence
– Resolve billing issues as needed
– Oversee new customer and new item set-up, closely following internal processes
– Monitor customer inventory
– Alert sales and procurement when needed when stock is low
– Utilize ERP system to maintain accurate customer pricing
Customer Service Qualifications:
– 3+ years in customer service experience
– High School Diploma or GED
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
