Full-time position at New Albany Freestanding ED, 40 hours per week – 3-11:30 p.every other weekend rotating Monday and Fridays. This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim necessary to receive timely reimbursement. In addition, this position provides exceptional customer service during encounters with patients, families, visitors and Ohio Health Physicians and associates. Minimum Qualifications:High School or GED (Required)Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, basic computer skills.
