A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
· Work in a call center environment assisting our clients via phone and email
· Respond to inquiries pertaining to all flood products and other general concerns
· Work closely with other departments within the office to resolve client’s issues

· Skills to be detail oriented to maintain our quality standards
· A strong work ethic, including reliability and punctuality
Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
· Perform customer verifications
· Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email and fax
· Provide information in response to inquiries about all flood products and services
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
· Resolve customer inquiries related to flood products and services and make effective notes in each order changed.
· Assist with identifying root causes and explain the best solution to resolve customer concerns in an expedient manner
· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Proficiency in the Microsoft software products, Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Problem-solving skills and problem analysis
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
