As a Career Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to connect top talent to current and future career opportunities. This is done through a combination of outreach, prescreening, and relationship building.

While we welcome and encourage our Career Ambassadors to source your own talent for our jobs, we support you by sourcing and scheduling connections with candidates based on your availability, leaving you with more time to focus on building relationships and making placements!
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal Career Ambassador has a passion for helping others. You are very organized, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed. Your demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to achieve goals both personally and professionally. Previous experience working in recruiter, career coach, talent management, talent development, academic advisory, leadership, and/or other human resources roles are especially desired.
To help us deliver, you could be a great fit if you have:
3-+ years of experience in a staffing agency environment or corporate HR recruiting function, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, recruitment coordinator or similar work experience; Successful track record of delivering qualified and vetted candidates by aligning them to position requirements for optimal fit.
Demonstrates diversity awareness and utilizing sourcing techniques that reach diverse population. Actively champion diversity recruitment strategies . Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally; ability to handle sensitive and confidential data relative to an HR function.
Ability and desire to work autonomously in an environment that requires accountability, ambition, and discipline to achieve goals.
You take initiative. Work with an accelerated sense of urgency to achieve goals.
Curiosity, creativity, and continually striving to learn, grow and develop.
While you own your day and have the power to choose the schedule that work for you, a typical day or week for a Career Ambassador might look like this:
Career Ambassadors can choose to work as few or as many hours per week as needed to help you achieve your goals!
CAs connect with job seekers to learn more about their career experience as it relates to assigned requisitions and future roles and will take copious notes to support a candidate recommendation to hiring leaders. You also help the candidate improve their marketability by recommending free resources and tools to help them stand out from other applicants.

Most interaction with our talent takes place over the phone and via email, so our CAs can enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home and scheduling appointments based on your desired work schedule.
