be a career ambassador make a difference

Career Ambassadors play an integral role in the support of our talent network. You have the opportunity to build great relationships and  make a real impact by connecting passive and active talent to jobs that align with their skills and career ambitions.

As a Career Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to connect top talent to current and future career opportunities. This is done through a combination of outreach, prescreening, and relationship building.

The world is changing. Now, more than ever, employers must compete for top talent and our mission is to match the supply to the demand and create meaningful opportunities to build careers and strengthen companies in the process.

Our Career Ambassadors are more than Sourcers, Recruiters, and Coaches, you are the career partner that talent needs in today’s marketplace to help candidates navigate the massive amounts of opportunities, and find the perfect role for their career now and in the future. We believe in building and maintaining quality relationships with our talent and it all starts with you!

In a world where employers are competing for top talent, you are in a very unique space to both be more selective of who you work for, and how that work looks.

 We get that.

This is why we believe the Caliber Sourcing Career Ambassador Program is a great program to empower professionals like yourself to own your career while helping others in theirs!

You have the power to control your schedule and we set you up for success by providing you with tools that save time and energy when it comes to finding candidates.

Our talent database is already filled with a high quality candidate pool and we have a robust talent marketing program that consistently drives qualified candidates to our network. So while sourcing candidates on your own is an invaluable skill that can come in handy, it is not a requirement for you to be successful in this role!

  • Reach out to the candidate via a variety of channels (phone, sms, email, direct message) and establish a first touch connection and build a relationship
  • Invite the candidate to schedule a preliminary screening call (based on mutually convenient time) – you own your schedule!
  • Determine best next steps for the candidate – (invitation to complete an application, share with the hiring team, recommend to other opportunities, etc.)
