Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm | In-Office
About the Position: Specialized Recruiting Group is excited to partner with a well-established automated packaging manufacturer based in Denver, CO. They are an industry leader in providing innovative packaging solutions for a variety of sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support their expanding accounting team. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup of new customers, process invoices, and record customer payments using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Reconcile payment discrepancies, including short-pays and over-payments
- Perform bank deposits and record all transactions accurately
- File state sales taxes on a monthly basis
- Process and manage credit card payments, reconcile charges, and maintain credit card balances
- Age accounts receivable and interface directly with customers to ensure timely collection of payments
- Record customer progress payments and work closely with the sales department to issue invoices for ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years’ AR experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate accounting software seamlessly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
