Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant functions as a general facilitator of administrative details for the executive staff. This role supports the Chief Diversity Officer. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to work on his or her own accord and with minimum supervisor. The workload involves managerial, clerical and secretarial duties with frequent contact with the professional and administrative staff of the hospital.


  • Performs recording and support staff functions for the Chief Diversity Officer.
  • Responsible for setting up dates, arranging venues for meetings and notifying all members
  • Monitors the activities of the Executive Support Staff to ensure that all duties are performed up to standards
  • Maintains calendar, confidential and general files, screens telephones
  • Responds to meeting notices in a timely manner and assists in prioritizing meetings to be attended in order of importance


  • High School Diploma required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate office preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision


The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
