Location: Life as an Administrative Assistant: Works closely with the Operations Manager, General Manager and Assistant General Manager in updating the accounting system with Invoicing, payments and budgets. Oversees the input of new wholesale accounts, to ensure reservations are correctly entered and billed and that invoicing is sent out promptly. Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. What we’re looking for: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality and tourism environment Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively and accurately under deadlines Must be highly skilled at multitasking and be very organized Must work well in team environment and present a professional demeanor Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel What to expect in your first few months: First, you will learn the company’s policies, procedures, and processes.
