Our client, a fast-growing National Recruitment Firm, is seeking an Experienced Full Desk Accounting & Finance Recruiter. The A&F Recruiter will hunt to generate and win businesses and will also handle the candidate cycle, by sourcing, screening and representing them with clients, based off their technical skillset and cultural fit while managing the recruitment process from a-z. You will join an office with motivated and ambitious likeminded individuals in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:
Implement successful recruiting strategy based off of company best practices
Business Development/Client Facing Position
Source and attract clients and candidates using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews & assess applicants industry knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, motivations, and aptitudes
Build relationships with clients and candidates; must create good candidate experience
Conduct competitor research and market intelligence
Qualifications:
College degree from prestigious university is a requirement
Equivalent A&F/Sales Experience, book of business/leads
5+ years experience in a fast-paced agency recruiting environment
A good understanding of a recruitment lifecycle including headhunting via LinkedIn, cold calling and referrals, marketing/advertising, selection, assessment, offer and onboarding management
Strong marketing/branding commercial awareness and understanding of the contingent executive recruitment business model
Expertise sourcing/candidate generation and pipeline
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple client relationships
Strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with the ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders
Self-initiative and the desire to always go the extra mile; strong work ethic
