Airline Lounges Facilities Manager Full Time

Role OverviewSodexo Airline Lounges is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our prestigious American Express Centurion Lounge client at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in Los Angeles, CA. A majority of the role will be taking over the communication with and oversight of outside vendors, while completing as much as they are able to do on their own and with our team. Day to day equipment issues, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, etc. This person will also oversee our HVAC vendor and maintain that relationship. You will also be doing some electrical work and coordinating any PM issues. This position has flexible hours that can include overnights in order to complete repairs.What You’ll DoKey Duties:

• Manage one other manager; typically in account with smaller volume and FTE count; Manage by walking around; Staffs, trains, and is responsible for employee development
• Technical client interface
• Payroll and time management of frontline staff
• Oversees and coordinates projects
• Manages work orders/CMMS
• Manages mechanicals (i.e. HVAC)
• Manages financials
• Responsible for client relations/engagement

    • Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field.
    • Degree may be offset by five years of experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems.
