Responsibilities:
Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!
Knowledge of travel industry trends destinations and products a plus
Familiarity with various travel services such as flights hotels car rentals cruises and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients suppliers and team members
Customer Service Skills:
- Strong customer service
- Ability to handle customer inquiries complaints and requests professionally and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and errorfree bookings
ProblemSolving Skills:
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements
- Resourcefulness in finding alternative solutions for clients
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to cater to the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Understanding of travel regulations visa requirements and other legal aspects related to international and domestic travel
Teamwork:
- Ability to work well on your own and motivation to meet goals
Adaptability:
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the travel industry such as new technology regulations or trends
Certifications:

Qualifications
- Must have a computer tablet or mobile device
- Must be 18 or older
