Your Opportunity as an Apprentice Wrapper Tech. The Apprentice Wrapper Tech is responsible for setting up wrapping machines for proper variety of product being produced, ensuring the proper code is being run and is in correct location and is legible, completing code verification, seal integrity, packaging verification and lot tracking sheets at specified times and notifying supervision when any check is not in compliance with company standards. Location: 2035 N Narragansett Ave, Chicago, IL 60639 (Hostess Manufacturing Plant)Work Arrangements: 100% on-site, 3rd shift 10 pm 6:30 am Flexibility required. Compensation Base Rate: $27.17/hr – $33.64/hr.
Benefits: In this Role You Will: Troubleshoot and address electrical and mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance. Assist with re-wraps and break operators as necessary. Communicate all changes at the time they are made and at shift change.
