Overview Position Summary: Primarily focused on managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from candidate identification though offer, for requisitions of high complexity. Accountable for both tactical and strategic recruitment and talent advising for more sophisticated client groups across Gallagher. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocation, etc.

Works within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring and evaluating toprovide insights on recruitment standards and best practices. Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers. Assists with developing recruitment strategies and programs to achieve required staffing levels. Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at alltimes.

Recognized subject matter expert in own area within the organization. Additional Considerations: May assist in orienting and training lower level employees. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree; 6 Years relevant experience. Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably iCIMS.

Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills Preferred: Social networking sourcing skills preferred.
