ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 – $19.50 based on experience with up to $800 monthly bonus eligibility! We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match, PTO, and sick time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an invaluable member of our team by striving to build a clean, safe, and positive experience for our customers. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Your day-to-day would involve caring for the facility, inside and out, as well as collections, deposits, and responding to customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
2+ years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods of time
Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
Experience in a leadership role or some supervisory experience is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
We’re open 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
