Job Title: Associate Financial Advisor
The Associate Financial Advisor will assist in business functions that pertain to both internal and external duties. The Associate will be responsible for operational and administrative maintenance of policies, procedures, and system management. They have a competitive compensation package with a salary, commission splits, and benefits.
Position: There are three stages
- Financial Planning focusing on Relationship Manager and Paraplanner duties
- Analysis & Research learning about trading and investment management
- Financial Advising going out and selling to clients and conducting client meetings
Job Requirements:
- Relationship management amongst account base of clients and alongside their lead financial advisor
- The Associate will research prospective clients to gauge potential opportunities
- They will prepare presentation materials for prospects or client meetings
- Develop expertise and certification in all aspects of Financial Planning, including theory, input, analysis, technical, and communication
- Perform special projects like compliance, technology, organizing, and other needed projects
- Research and resolve custodian maintenance
Qualifications:
- Licenses are not necessary but will be required throughout the process
- The Certified Financial Planner designation will be paid for
