Current Need
We are seeking an Associate Data Conversion Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the data management and conversion space.
Position Description
Responsible for supporting the conversion of the data from MPS competitor systems into the MPS EnterpriseRX Pharmacy Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project oversite for the data conversion
- Report project status to the Project Manager of the Implementation
- Work directly with our customers to ensure all their requirements are being addressed
- Work directly with our customers to perform data validation between the customer’s legacy system and EnterpriseRx
- Work directly with the R&D staff to address issues with our conversion tool set
- Review raw data file for errors and inconsistencies
- Use T-SQL to manipulate data in an Oracle database to correct errors or make adjustment to incoming data
- Use T-SQL to create ad hoc reports of converted data
- Work with team members to resolve complex issues
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead internal meetings
- Support offshore staff during off hours
- Support the extraction of data from the EnterpriseRx system
- Work with customers to explain data extraction process and formats
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent.

- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Analytical skills
- Ability to speak to all levels (communicate with a customer and R&D technical lead)
- Ability to frame issues, identify problems, and assertively seek solutions
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving/root cause analysis
Education
Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Physical Requirements
General Office Demands
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an expected hourly rate of $22.27 – 37.11 plus benefits. A competitive salary is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data.
Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$23.44 – $39.06
