**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
The Associate Data Quality designs and monitors control systems which ensure the integrity and security of data and for advising on the optimal use of the organization’s computing resources. Assesses the completeness, accuracy, validity and efficiency of information processing, business and application systems, reviews the operations, systems software, systems development and security of the organization’s computing environment, and recommends appropriate software and hardware acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborates with business units to define requirements, building analytical datasets, perform analyses, and deliver analytical solutions that meet specific business specifications.
+ Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to produce useful reporting working closely with department heads, technicians, and managerial staff.
+ Provides thoughtful analysis to enhance reporting functionality and automation of processes.
+ Provides guidance and direction to less experienced data analysts on data analysis and maintenance of data infrastructure.
+ Recommends formatting improvements to current reporting processes.
+ Prepares and analyzes extensive data for timely and accurate managerial reporting, internal/external audits, ad hoc requests, etc.
+ Verifies and confirms data integrity of internally and externally generated reports.
+ Creates and maintains various dashboard(s) to report on metrics and results.
+ Performs extensive data analysis including data profiling and data quality analysis.
+ Mines and analyzes data from databases to drive optimization and process improvements.
+ Facilitates effective communications among business lines and leadership to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations, and requirements.
+ Collaborates with Data Analytics subject matter experts to identify valuable practices and develop strategies to implement and track.
+ Develops effective tools, processes, and templates to enable efficient delivery of services.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent quantitative field. (Req)
Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent quantitative field.
(Pref)
Work Experience:
5+ years relevant experience
+ Skills and Abilities:
+ Advanced Knowledge of data modeling, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
+ Advanced knowledge of statistical applications within Financial Services to interpret data requests and identify data analytics opportunities.
+ Advanced knowledge and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, Access, SPSS).
+ Demonstrated data analysis, data presentation, and data development skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
+ Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environment.
+ Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances.
+ Ability to influence others.
+ Ability to lead and coach junior level professionals.
+ Ability to interact with all levels of employees, including senior level management

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
