Responsible for tactical project management of small to medium-sized projects from blue sky to close out. Regularly interfaces with creative, technical, engineering, and construction disciplines, along with OLC and WDIJ/WDAJ in the delivery of show/ride design and systems throughout the life of the project. A frontline manager is responsible for monitoring the budget and ensuring that the delivery schedule is met.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the myriad of CBB Small Projects scope, schedule, and budget
Providing weekly updates on the status of each CBB Small Project
Partners with CBB Producer, WDIJ Producer, and OLC
Works with the team to pull together a Work Plan for each CBB Small Project.
Integrates project information with all parties involved
Assist in presentations to executive management on project status for the TDR Portfolio
Assists in scheduling, estimating, and budgeting within the project scope
Leads work of coordinator, support staff, and/or intern
Begins to take on responsibility for a medium to a large-sized project at the guidance of a more senior project manager
Basic Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
Ability to think strategically and tactically about complex issues and problem-solve to resolution
Ability to comfortably communicate in presentation, conversation, and written correspondence, to the project team, Senior Management, consultants, and partners
Ability to keep many different projects organized
Demonstrated leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and teamwork/partnering ability
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Required Education:
College degree in a WDI core discipline such as Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or advanced business degree.

The hiring range for this position in location is $64,900.00 to $105,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
