Sworn positions include Uniform Patrol, the Detective Division, the Traffic Unit, a School Resource Officer, a K-9 unit and assignments to the Southwest WA Regional SWAT Team. The department’s administration command staff include the Chief of Police and Two Police Lieutenants. The department is also supported by the positions of Administrative Assistant to the Chief, and a Police Support Services Unit.Minimum Requirements

        • Had police certification denied or revoked in this state or any other state.
        • Been terminated by another law enforcement agency for lying during an internal affairs investigation.
        • Lied during any part of the hiring process.
        • Submitted an application or personal history statement that has been falsified.
