This role will be working with the Pension Outsourcing Propel Team to deliver Propel Adoption Initiatives
Key Deliverables are as follows:
Analyzing a step-by-step standard process
Developing/Documenting business requirements for both pension administration and financial management functionality and tools
Coordinating with development team to ensure business requirements are understood
Supporting standard process and system functionality adoption across multiple individual teams by gathering important information from the team and completing project steps for the team
Training the team to follow the standard process and use the system functionality efficiently
Technical/Functional Requirements/Minimum Requirements
2-6 years of defined benefit administration experience
Experience demonstrating the ability to absorb and apply complex technical information within a short period
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Excel and Word (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, logic functions)
Exceptional attention to detail
Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Intake Notes: This is a special project based, workers will work by project. Team with others to provide and gather data.
They would not be doing traditional administration case work in this role but would instead be focused on project-based work helping teams adopt functionality and complete Propel projects.
Long term project- can be extended until 12/2024.
