Law firm is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources department. Responsibilities include: Acting as a point of contact for benefits questions from attorneys and staff in U. S. offices Processing enrollments, terminations and qualified status changes for all health and welfare programs Educating participants by providing clear and complete information in accordance with group policy, terms, and conditions Reconciliation of monthly health and welfare invoices in Excel and preparation of billing breakdown to Accounting Managing primary and non-primary caregiver leaves of absence including preparation of FMLA paperwork Qualifications: Bachelor s degree Minimum of 3 years of actual benefits experience (preferably in legal) Experience with ADP Workforce Now including Self Billing procedures, Self Service, and report building Administration of benefits at the global level is a plus Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Office
