Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. Job duties include: Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and candidatesInterviewing candidatesReceiving new job openings from clientsComposing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media sitesSourcing candidates on various job boards, screening resumes, and identifying qualified candidatesChecking references for all interviewed candidatesSubmitting resumes to clients for review and coordinating interviewsNegotiating and closing job ordersProviding work performance feedback to candidates and coaching candidates as neededAttending job fairs, in person and virtuallyHosting appreciation events and luncheons for candidates and clientsUtilizing database to track job assignments, quality control calls, and job ordersAssisting with payroll, including receiving timecards and verifying candidate worked hours with clientsAnswering telephone calls, providing exceptional customer serviceUpdating and maintaining company website with current job ordersAssisting with other tasks as needed Ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, a team player, dependable, excellent at multitasking, and have attention to detail. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Recruiters can expect to earn over $60k DOE annually through a combination of base, commissions, bonuses, and a generous benefits package.
