Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders and tech leads to solve complex problems by crafting thoughtful, useful, and usable user experiences Collaborate with business teams, project managers, shared services teams, and vendors to lead and manage digital projects from strategy briefings and project discovery through launch Manages partnership with internal and external technical and non-technical teams Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive requirement documents by decomposing high-level information into general understanding terms and details Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical solution Understands how policies, systems and processes impacts requests, projects, cross-functional operations Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met Assists both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user/internal user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training Prepare mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and interaction diagrams
