* Salary Range: $16.50 – $18.57, DOE*
As a Resident Care Partner, you’ll be more than just a caregiver – you’ll be a friend and family member to our residents. You’ll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.
What you’ll be doing:
* Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents’ living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
* Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents.
* Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks
* Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility.
* Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations.
* Based on state requirement – Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required).
* Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s).
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
