McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits.

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: Up to $85,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
- Guarantee Pay: $3,000 bi-weekly for CDL-A Route Drivers with experience
- Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time.
- Many route options available including a traveling driver option with premium pay.
- Shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul and part-time are also available.

About the Job:
- Operate a tractor trailer to convey products to customer sites.
- Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
- Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
- Lift and move product and pallets up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a Commercial Driver s License (CDL Class A, B, or C) with a clean driving record.
- Recent CDL graduate drivers.
- Must meet McLane s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
