Change Lead Any Hybrid

Location

This is a weekly hybrid schedule with Workday’s Pleasanton, CA office. Weekly hybrid schedules in Salt Lake City, UT, and Atlanta, GA will also be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to drive impactful organizational transformation within our Global Procurement Organization. This critical role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex, global initiatives. We’re looking for a team player who can collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide support to achieve common goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, fostering behavioral change, and ensuring smooth transitions across diverse teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and iterate change management plans aligned with the global procurement transformation strategy.
2. Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor team sentiment and identify potential issues related to the change process.
3. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams through change.
4. Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication and training materials.
5. Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
6. Proactively address concerns and provide support to teams experiencing challenges during the change curve.

Basic Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in change management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in organization development, business administration, or relevant experience.
3. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, tech company (SaaS preferred).
4. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational transformation projects.
5. Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
8. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Experience in monitoring and responding to team sentiment.
11. Experience creating and delivering training and communications.

Other Qualifications:

1. Certification in change management (e.g., SSGI, CCMP, etc.).
2. Procurement Experience.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $51.72/hour – $68.97/hour.
