Client Invoicing Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the monthly and quarterly billing process, ensuring that invoices are calculated accurately and timely.
2. Coordinate with other departments to respond to billing inquiries and ad-hoc requests from internal and external clients.
3. Calculate monthly and quarterly fee rebates and consultant revenue for the client service team.
4. Update and maintain various databases containing revenue, asset, and fee information.
5. Document and maintain all procedures within the invoicing area.
6. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
7. Assist with the annual audit work related to client invoicing.
8. Calculate commission amounts for internal sales team for monthly accrual and quarterly payment.
9. Research client history and provide historical data when needed.
10. Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of invoicing experience from an investment advisory or financial services firm.
3. Proficient in Excel and experienced in managing large databases.
4. Ability to understand, compute, and analyze complex invoice calculations.
5. Experience with foreign currency translation.
6. Working knowledge of industry terminology (i.e. high water marks).
7. Detail oriented and well organized.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
