As the Staff Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment functions for Liberty Lutheran, primarily supporting the clinical positions (RN, LPN, and C.N.A.) . This position achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers and managing relocations to other agencies throughout the family of services. The position is responsible for collaborating with the members of the human resources team to build a strong presence in the community as well as to preserve Liberty’s culture by providing a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.

The successful candidate should have experience in high volume corporate or agency (third party) full life cycle recruiting. The successful candidate will screen and interview candidates, arrange interviews between the candidates and the hiring managers and make offers. The ideal candidate must have social media experience, be internet savvy with searching and communication skills via various social media tools. Healthcare experience a plus!
