What You ll Do:

Support our Sales and Marketing team in introducing Merrill Gardens to a savvy and informed prospective consumer looking for an array of industry leading senior services. Educate prospects about opportunities for an enhanced quality of life, active living and the social benefits and security they desire. Deliver an outstanding first impression both on the phone and in person, assist with tours, conduct follow-up and partner with community leadership to facilitate successful transitions for new residents. Partner on special events to showcase the community. Utilize technology to communicate and manage information.

What You ll Need:

Prefer a college degree and experience in sales and marketing preferably in a related industry. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products, great communication and relationship building skills.

Passion and heart for seniors, a team player who is a self-starter, has great integrity and customer service skills and can multi-task in a very busy environment.
