The full Pay Range is $21.11-$30.67 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You’ll skillfully guide members through their financial journey by connecting them to the right resources, services, and solutions. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for helping others will ensure members feel supported and valued from the moment they walk through the door.You’ll empower members to navigate their financial needs confidently while keeping our branch running smoothly and efficiently. By educating members on BECU’s remote services and products, you’ll help make their financial lives simpler and more accessible.The Concierge at our Issaquah branch will work four days a week. Three of these days are fixed: Monday, Friday, and Saturday. The fourth day will rotate each week and could be on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
