The Agile Center of Enablement Operations team is looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Configuration Analyst supporting our strategic agenda.

This individual should be analytical, tech savvy and enjoys assisting others. This position is responsible for ensuring all tools, including Rally and Clarity software and applications function properly to enable Agile maturity.
. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, problems and requests in support of 5000 Rally software users and 200 Clarity tool users. Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy helping others and partnering on solutions. Grow your Rally and Clarity knowledge and understanding of end user behaviors and best practices to enhance each tools effectiveness.
Explore, adopt and support agile enablement tools and processes in support of teams growth in agile transformation. Collaborate with Training, Communication and Change Management teams to create end-user materials and instruct users how to use the Rally and Clarity software properly. Participate in testing activities to ensure that quality IT development deliverables meet requirements of the business stakeholders. Comfortable working in a manual testing environment and help the team grow and improve the testing infrastructure and mature the DevOps practices.
Use and grow knowledge of Agile Scrum/SAFe methodology and to contribution to User Story refinement and other Agile events. Contribute toward creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, adopting Agile and DevOps mindsets, enabling high performance. Qualifications: 2 years of working knowledge in Rally to track and manage Agile application lifecycle management. Experience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban Strong knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs includes fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Strong organization, analytical and critical thinking skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think both from a business and technology standpoint. Strong Excel skills, minimum of 1 year of experience with pivot tables, v lookup, creating and using formulas. Effective Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation Experience with SQL, Tableau is a plus. Experience with basic database structures and relational databases preferred.
Understanding of Clarity tool framework is a plus. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford s total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
