Food Prep Cook job details include:
Pay Rate: $18.04/hr.
Be responsible for preparing food in accordance with established procedures and specifications, including proper temperature controls and completing necessary paperwork. Be in charge of steaming, poaching, braising and pan frying. Prepare food based on a pre-determined production level and keep track of inventory supplies.
