**Supports the day-to-day operations of The MetroHealth Systems telehealth activities and telehealth initiatives occurring as part of the Center for Digital Health Innovation. Works collaboratively with team members, clinicians, support staff and key stakeholders within and external to the MetroHealth System, to educate, promote, design, implement, support, maintain and measure existing and new Telehealth Solutions. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.**



High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.

Demonstrated competence and experience with Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience in collecting data from various software systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to establish and cultivate productive and positive working relationships with a wide range of partners, including MetroHealth staff, external clients, and community constituents.

Ability to embrace change and adapt to quickly evolving situations.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and superior customer service skills.

Demonstrated ability to identify and effectively resolve problems/issues.

Detail oriented and excellent analytical/organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.


3 years experience in a medical environment, with patient education a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration.

Knowledge of the healthcare environment and emerging Telehealth technologies.

Knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system.

Experience in providing technical support (i.e. Windows, Cisco, video conferencing or Telehealth platforms).

Physical Demands:

May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.

May need to sit or stand for extended periods.

See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.

Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.

Ability to communicate and connect with patients using virtual tools, telephonic and video face-to-face, email, and other communications.

Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
