Corporate Recruiter. The AAA Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering legendary recruiting services to support our multiple career areas across the organization including Customer Service, Sales, Claims, Corporate, and Automotive. The team utilizes creative, effective and strategic sourcing techniques to find top quality talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work with a team of corporate recruiters and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager.

You will execute hiring strategies that will identify and attract diverse candidates by working with our internal business partners, as well as hiring managers and senior leadership. What you can expect:Manage the full-cycle cycle recruitment process from sourcing to screening, interview, and offer. Manage 15-20 open positions while building a pipeline of qualified candidates.
