Title: Customer ServiceLocation :Franklin Lakes ,NJ- 07417 -HybridDuration: 6 Months+This is a hybrid position working mostly remotelyCustomer Care Rep 2 is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers’ businessesDemonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures- Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfilment and post-sales service- Addresses moderately complex issues- Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision- Communicates complex information on products and services. Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs- Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher level skills- Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities- Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledgeEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High school2-4 years experience- Strong communication skills:SKILLS:Windows based applications:MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Oracle 11, SAP, JDE preferred. 10% travel to quarterly meetings in Arizona and San Antonio.
