/n/t/t/t/t* Communicating with customers through various channels. /n/t/t/t/t* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. /n/t/t/t/t* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. /n/t/t/t/t* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
