Must be a people person with strong customer service skills, works well independently & with the team, high volume phone calls, and works well under pressure. Candidate should have great organizational skills, excellent customer service, answering heavy volume of phone calls, order taking, working alongside with five team members in a
fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and can adapt to changes easily while enabling themselves for improvement while training or taking instructions.
Willing to take on other tasks when caught up with work such as: filing, looking up product, and matching billing packages.
Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
