Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide service and support to ourcustomers. This individual interacts with customers to provide informationin response tocustomer inquiries and handle/resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
Must be Spanish speaking bilingual
Monday- Friday
$25/hr
+ Effectivelyprocesses all incoming callsin a professional, friendlyand timely manner
+ Communicates withcustomers to resolve problemsand concerns ina courteous, professional and timely manner
+ Provides customers withconsistent, high-quality service inaccordance with company procedure
+ Provides switchboardassistance as needed
+ Followsupon customer inquiries not immediately resolved(as applicable)
+ Recognizes,documents, and alerts the supervisor of trends in customercalls
+ May perform receptionist andoperator duties
+ Performs variousadditional administrative functions as needed or assigned, including correspondence andfiling
+ Performs other dutiesas assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
+ Highschool diploma or equivalent (as applicable)
+ Basicreading, writing, and arithmetic skillsrequired
+ Must be computer literate with theability to learn customer servicesoftware applications
+ Professionalverbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provideinformation to and from appropriate individuals(including but not limitedtosupervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communicationskills; proficiency in the Englishlanguage may be required
