Clae Goldman Team is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. Responsibilities

  1. Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  2. Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Provide Support: Assist customers with enrollment processes and

    guide them through our energy solutions.

  5. Promote Green Energy: Educate customers about the benefits of our community solar and third-party energy solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation

$60,000 – $120,000 (Annually)
