Customer Service Representative

The Customer Care Licensing Representative strictly adheres to state and company licensing requirements while facilitating the opening of new customer accounts/chains, changes in customer license status, establishment of delivery schedules, COD terms, and Sales Representative assignments. Researches additional business or market information while making credit application processing decisions based on state requirements. Primary Responsibilities Review available resources to help discern best business decision for account delinquency concerns Respond to verbal, facsimile, written, and email requests/correspondence from customers Ensure that the team is setting up new customer accounts with 24 hours of request, this includes all credit applications, personal guarantees, and other state/company required documents Periodic secondary verification of all new account information against state website, correct sales assignments, shipping, and COD terms Assist the team in processing license up…Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Sales Representative, Representative, Retail
