Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computer systems, including email, chat, and customer service software
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Home office with reliable internet and phone service
