Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting growth and development of Group Medicare line of business by aggregating and analyzing data, generating story-telling insights to support data-driven business decisions to guide strategy and positioning of Group Medicare offerings and processes. Primary responsibilities include gathering, organizing, analyzing and interpreting various operational, financial and marketing data as well as researching, reporting and tracking operational activities to support sales and account management functions.

Responsibilities

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Math or Data Information Systems OR 4 years experience in data analysis/reporting.

* 2 years experience in data analysis and/or preparing database reports.

* 2 years experience in MS Access and MS Excel.

* Experience analyzing and preparing recommendations on process improvement.

* Project management experience.

* Systems database testing experience.

* Verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal customers, management and vendors.

* Analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Experience in the managed care environment

* Knowledge of medical terminology.
