Urgent Hire! Data Analyst/Scientists (W2 & C2C Eligible)
Job Title(s): Data Analyst, Data Scientist
Work Location: 100% remote
Working Hours: 40 hours Mon-Fri, must be available and working 9am-1pm EST to permit overlap with LA + London based partners
Contract Duration: 9-12 months (possibility to extend)
Work Authorization: Open
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process: 1st Round 60-min Technical Screen (MS Teams) with SQL/Python coding test
2nd Round 60-min Cultural Fit (MS Teams) with Manager + Client team
Project Overview: Staff augmentation – supporting company + client team in a tech stack migration. These roles will help to address a bottleneck that is preventing proper analysis of AB testing results to garner insights.
Critical Skills:
- SQL & Python (data extraction, data cleansing, data transformation, statistical analysis)
- Experience with Databricks/Snowflake DW
- Experience with AB Testing
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
- Support analysis and experimentation across the customer acquisition funnel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine AB testing parameters, metrics & methodology
- Statistical analysis to determine experiment results
- Presenting actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis
