Title: Data Analyst
Duration: expected to be 6-12 months contract with possibility of extensions
Location: Plano, TX
Must have: SQL, SAS, R programming, Python, Tableau
Basic data handling using Python, SAS, R
Interviews: 1 round panel Interview or may be 2: 1st round: 30 minutes POSITION SUMMARY
Need to expand analytic and data capabilities to support commercial real estate (CRE) analytics, transition of data sources to EDP 2.0, develop Tableau dashboards to support Sales and Pricing

Support data transition to EDP 2.0
Build Tableau Dashboards
Work with Python to transition pricing models to Tableau

Support CRE team with analytics and partner with DNA in support of TFSB data and analytics
