Job Title:Data Entry Specialist
Hourly Rate:$15.00/hr
Shift Times:Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) *Note: overtime and weekends may be required.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to operate label printing machines and other warehouse equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Overtime is mandatory when called; shifts may be 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, including some weekends.
Duties&Responsibilities:
- Enter and update product information into the warehouse management system (WMS) with precision.
- Review and verify data before printing to ensure accuracy and consistency with inventory records.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Track label printing inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
