Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What You Will Do:
- Team Leadership:
- Utilize Epicor software for tracking employee attendance and productivity.
- Develop and implement efficient assembly workflows to optimize task execution.
- Provide training and performance improvement plans for employees requiring additional support.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee material and product handling to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Address and resolve inventory discrepancies and procedural challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Communication & Documentation:
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and the assembly team.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and objectives clearly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate work records and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Handle interpersonal conflicts constructively to maintain a positive work environment.
- Promote teamwork and a solution-oriented mindset within the team.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Establish goals for the department and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly, deburring, or a related field (required).
- Three years leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve set goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities.
- Thorough understanding of assembly and deburring processes.
- Proficiency with Epicor software or similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for achieving excellence

Pay Range: $25 – $28 per hour
