All employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage on their first day! Employees in a FT or PT status (40+ hours per pay period) will also be eligible for paid time off, life insurance, short term and long-term disability and the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans. Job Overview
We have an opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Surgical Services Department.
Responsibilities
Duties:
Demonstrates good communication skills. Accurately transcribes and relays messages to medical and nursing staff. Proficient in data entry and wordprocessing. Accurately reconciles OR charges and submits new items to Supply Chain to be built. Maintains and assists in data collection within Surgical Services. Compiles special and monthly reports. Works with Supply Chain to provide supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.

Education
High School diploma required
Skills and Experience
3-5 years administrative experience
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite of products
