JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the oversight of Owned Media – Cross Channel team. This includes managing Cross Channel team to develop overall strategy, plan, execute and steward plan across multiple platforms including traditional TV channels and targeted Household Addressable campaigns. Ensure accuracy and fulfillment of multiple complex video campaigns and commitments for a variety of marketing stakeholders including Brand/Creative strategy, Partnership Marketing, Multicultural Marketing, SMB, Spectrum Enterprise and others. Hire, train and develop staff. Drive a high-performance culture and environment. Collaborate with management within the organization to establish the infrastructure needed to support channel partners; continuously work with Spectrum Reach to improve scheduling, management, fulfillment and attribution tools.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Facilitates discussion and partners effectively across business functions (Brand/Creative team, Business Intelligence, Marketing Sciences), and within Media Department to develop, communicate and implement programs

Oversees integration of multiple systems and processes.

Gains an understanding of business needs and recommends cross channel and digital media solutions that help meet company goals

Provides thoughtful leadership and leverages experience and knowledge to contribute to the entire organization.

Keeps abreast of key industry and product trends, including the latest in media, digital and technology developments.

Helps to oversee and manage advertising agency relationships and media partner relationships.

Manages systems, software and budgets for all owned media cross channel and digital media needs.

Responsible for the assessment of distribution channels and promotional programs

Manages cross channel team, ensuring their growth and development.

Leads strategy and collaboration between internal brand and product teams, clearly communicating goals and execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Exceptional critical thinking mindset
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills communicating with outside vendors and co-workers
Ability to delegate efficiently and manage internal cross channel team
Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach to planning
Ability to work with outside vendor to improve planning system and track system upgrades
Manages cross channel and digital media post analysis reporting project and vendor relationships
Thorough understanding of creative process and media execution
Project management skills
Extensive knowledge of media planning and trafficking systems

Education

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline and/or equivalent experience

Required Related Work Experience

Relevant cross channel experience – 8+ years
Previous experience managing small media planning teams 5 years

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Office Environment
May require occasional travel (10-20%)
